1. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions:

“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to itzellerma.com, including its owner, representatives, contractors, and affiliates.

“Client”, “participant”, “user”, or “you” refers to any individual who purchases, accesses, or participates in any program, coaching service, challenge, course, or digital product offered through itzellerma.com.

“Programs” or “services” refer to all offerings available through the website, including but not limited to:

  • Mind of Your Business Success Bootcamp

  • One-on-One Coaching Sessions

  • Money Challenge

  • DIOSAS Program

  • Any digital materials, courses, workshops, or related services provided by the Company.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website itzellerma.com and any services or programs purchased through it.

By purchasing or participating in any program or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Mind of Your Business – Success Bootcamp

Money-Back Guarantee Policy

The Mind of Your Business Success Bootcamp offers a conditional money-back guarantee subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for the Money-Back Guarantee

To qualify for a refund request, participants must demonstrate full engagement with the program. This includes:

  1. Completion of all program content
    Participants must study and complete all modules and materials provided in the program.

  2. Attendance at live masterclasses
    Participants must attend all three live masterclasses.
    If a session cannot be attended live, the participant must watch the replay and submit a written summary demonstrating understanding of the material.

  3. Active participation in the private community
    Participants must demonstrate engagement in the private group by asking questions, sharing insights, or documenting the implementation of the teachings.

  4. Implementation of the framework and tools
    Participants must apply the program’s framework and tools in practice and demonstrate reasonable effort in doing so.

Definition of “Results”

The expected outcome of the Bootcamp is that participants are able to apply the framework to reprogram subconscious responses to a specific trigger.

“Lack of results” refers to a situation where the participant applied the framework to a defined trigger and did not experience any improvement or noticeable shift after implementing the process.

Support Requirement Prior to Refund Request

Before submitting a refund request, participants must first contact the Company directly and schedule a one-on-one support session.

During this session, the facilitator will:

  • Review how the framework was applied

  • Provide clarification or additional guidance

  • Ensure the participant has received the support necessary to properly implement the tools

Refund Approval

If, after the support session, the participant demonstrates that:

  • All program requirements were fulfilled, and

  • The framework still did not work for them,

The participant may submit a formal refund request.

Approved refunds will consist of:

The total program price minus a 20% administrative and management fee.

3. One-on-One Coaching Sessions

Scheduling

All purchased one-on-one sessions must be completed within three (3) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Sessions must be scheduled with a minimum interval of one week between sessions, unless mutually agreed otherwise.

Clients are encouraged to schedule sessions well in advance, as last-minute availability cannot be guaranteed.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule a session, you must request this at least six (6) hours before the scheduled session time.

Requests made within this timeframe will be rescheduled to the earliest mutually available time, typically within the same week whenever possible.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the session will be counted as used and completed.

4. Money Challenge

Access to Materials

Participants will have access to all challenge materials and replays for thirty (30) days after the challenge has finished.

Refund Policy

All sales for the Money Challenge are final.
No refunds will be issued.

Cooling-Off Period

Where applicable under consumer protection laws, a 14-day cancellation period may apply for purchases made online, provided that the program has not yet started or the digital content has not been accessed.

5. DIOSAS Program

Access to Materials

Participants will retain access to all program materials for six (6) months after the program container has ended, unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy

All purchases for the DIOSAS Program are final and non-refundable.

Cooling-Off Period

Participants may cancel their purchase within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date without providing a reason, provided that the program has not yet started and the digital materials have not yet been accessed.

If the participant chooses to access the program materials within this period, they acknowledge that they waive their right to cancellation once digital content has been accessed.

6. Disclaimer

Coaching Disclaimer

All programs, coaching sessions, workshops, and materials provided by the Company are intended for educational and personal development purposes only.

The services provided are not therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, or psychological services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

If you require medical or mental health support, you should consult a licensed healthcare professional.

Participation in any program or service is voluntary, and clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

Results Disclaimer

While the programs and methods are designed to support personal and professional development, individual results may vary.

We do not guarantee specific financial, personal, or business outcomes. Success depends on many factors including effort, consistency of implementation, and individual circumstances.

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own results.

Personal Responsibility

Clients acknowledge that they are fully responsible for their own well-being, decisions, and actions during and after participation in any program or coaching service.

The Company is not liable for any decisions made or actions taken as a result of the information or coaching provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided within our programs, including but not limited to:

  • videos

  • worksheets

  • written materials

  • frameworks

  • exercises

  • presentations

  • recordings

  • methodologies and processes

are the exclusive intellectual property of itzellerma.com, unless otherwise stated.

These materials are provided for personal use only.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, publish, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the program materials without prior written permission.

Sharing login credentials, distributing materials, or recording sessions without permission is strictly prohibited.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

8. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all participants.

Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members. Any personal information, experiences, or discussions shared within group sessions or private communities must remain confidential.

Participants may not share, reproduce, or distribute personal information shared by other participants without their explicit consent.

9. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any updates will be reflected on this page, and continued participation in programs or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
